On request at reception, we have additional equipment to lend you for a short time or for the duration of your stay.
We offer: Baby kit (cot, high chair, baby bath and mattress), headlamp, children’s footboard, power adapter, bath seat or nightlight for children.
Barbecue: Only for the Cap Pirate hotel
A pirate world cannot be imagined without grilling. All suites are equipped with built-in barbecues. You will find very precise instructions on the use of your barbecue in your garden / terrace. We thank you for applying them very scrupulously for the peace and safety of your neighbors.
Chairs:
If you wish to welcome visitors, we can provide you with additional chairs. However, we cannot provide you with an additional table because the configuration of your suite does not allow it.
Air-conditioner:
The hotel was built according to Low Energy Building ++ standards. The insulation was done from the outside. The interiors of the suites therefore benefit from cooler temperatures in summer and milder in winter. Thank you for keeping all your doors and windows closed at all times.
The living room as well as the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Here is the explanatory note of the reversible air conditioning: Here a Celsius / Fahrenheit conversion table
Safe:
Your safe is located in the wardrobe in the master bedroom.
1. To close the boot: press the “reset” button on the back of the door, dial your personal 4-digit code and press “E”. Close the trunk.
2. To open the safe: dial your code followed by “E”.
On the day of your departure, please leave the safe open and make sure you do not forget anything inside.
Decoration:
The interior and exterior decorations of the suites, common areas and the water park were made by artists. We ask you to pay attention to these items.
Additional equipements:
Do not hesitate to contact the reception to improve your comfort: adapters, extra blankets and pillows, iron, microwave, ironing board and flower vase.

Electricity:
The voltage is 220 volts. Adapters are available from our reception team.

Gazebos:
The four poster beds / sunbeds (garden beds) were handcrafted in the Philippines by local artists. We would be grateful if you could respect the following guidelines:
– maximum 4 people on the garden canopy beds
– maximum 2 people on the sunbeds
– do not use the cushions of the sofas and / or the bedrooms for the outside.
– use a towel to protect the mattress.
– A nap is authorized, however we invite you not to sleep during the night to ensure the peace of your neighbors.
Hammock:
We ask you to follow the instructions for using the hammocks:
The maximum load that the hammock can support is 90kg.
Only one person at a time is allowed
For your safety, please do not jump on it.
In order to protect and ensure the longevity of the hammock, please do not lie down on it with sunscreen or oil on it.
Nap is allowed, however we ask you not to sleep there during the night to ensure the peace of your neighbors.
Extractor hood: Only for the Cap Pirate hotel
Depending on the suites, there are 2 types of extractor hood:
Ø For hoods located in kitchen corners and above central islands: To turn it off, keep the operating button pressed for 5 seconds.
Ø For retractable hoods, under tall kitchen units: pull the visible part towards you to distinguish the operating buttons.
Whirlpools: Only for the Cap Pirate hotel
The Boucaniers suites and the Blackbeard suite have private hot tubs. Please refer to the user manual for the proper maintenance of your equipment.
Gardens and green spaces:
Palm trees, bamboo, banana trees and dracenas were the species selected to decorate the exteriors with a pirate village atmosphere. All the gardens are planted with trees and arranged differently. Some garden fences are not very high to avoid the feeling of being locked in. Respect the vegetation, and your bamboos will make a natural fence in a few years. Please use ashtrays and do not throw cigarette butts in green spaces and gardens in order to avoid any risk of fire.
Mattress:
The suites are equipped with high quality mattresses (chosen by the great Parisian palaces) so that your nights are sweet and your dreams deep. The technical sheet of your mattresses is displayed at reception.
Microwave: Only for the Cap Pirate hotel
We have equipped your kitchen with a microwave.
Mini bar:
In your suite, you will find a mini bar in which you will find various drinks and sweet and savory treats. The price sheet is in your suite.

Furniture:
The furniture of the suites has been tailor-made for Cap Pirate by artists. We would be grateful if you would respect them by taking care of the place and its quality equipment.
Goose feather pillows:
For an even smoother night, the hotel provides goose down pillows for € 10 / night / person
Phone:
The telephone in your suite does not allow you to make calls outside the hotel, however if you wish to call internationally from your mobile, here are the phone codes below.
TV:
The suites are equipped with a flat screen TV with cable channels. To ensure the peace of the other residents, please respect the sound volume.
