Microwaves:
Please do not place any metallic objects, including aluminum foil, inside the oven. If the Microwave does not work, check that it is plugged in correctly. If it is plugged in but not working, contact the Technical Service and Claims office.
Fridge:
On arrival, do not set the thermostat above 4. Set the thermostat to the 3/4 position. If the fridge is full, the cooling time will be longer. For a stay of 2 weeks or more, please defrost and clean the fridge the day before your departure and reset the button to 1/2.
Air conditioner:
For optimal use of the air conditioning, please keep windows and doors closed. To adjust the air conditioning temperature, please use the remote control. Select the cool (cold) or heat (hot) operating mode then the desired temperature. Beware of excessive temperature differences with the outside.
If the remote control does not work, check that the batteries are present, otherwise come to the technical and complaints department with your remote control.
Gas cooker/ Hob:
To light the cooking plates, turn the knob, place a match next to the burner (if not equipped with electronic or manual Piezo). If these do not light up, check if the gas bottle is full (by lifting it). If it is empty, report it to the technical service and complaints office, a technician will provide you with a new bottle.
Water heater:
Check that the pilot light is on, open one of the hot water faucets to check if the water heater turns on. If the water heater does not switch on, check if the gas bottle is full (by lifting it).

TV:
To turn on the television, please use the remote control.
If the television does not turn on, check that the batteries are present in the remote control and that the set is correctly connected. If not, please come and report it to the technical and complaints department with your remote control. Image reception depends on the power of the surrounding transmitter and is therefore not our responsibility.
Strongbox :
It is located in the closet of the large bedroom. You will also find the instructions there. Please leave the safe open and reset (by typing 0000 then #) on the day of your departure. To validate your personal access code: after opening the electronic safe locate the small red button (by reaching behind the safe door) on the inside of the door and press it. Hold the door open then enter your 3 to 8 digit personal code, confirm with the # key.
Before closing the door check that the code releases the blocking mechanism.
Dishwasher:
It is best to rinse the dishes before using the dishwasher.
Put a washing tablet in the tray provided for this purpose. Close the dishwasher and put it on the desired program. Do not open the dishwasher until its cycle has completely stopped. During your stay, and before your departure, clean the filters and add rinsing salt.
Use door locks:
