We take care of the cleaning at the end of your stay as well as on a daily basis. All we ask is that you clean your kitchen completely, as well as your barbecue area if you have used it.
For the Prestige Commodores, Excellence Boucaniers, Excellence Corsaires and Prestige Blackbeard suites, between 7pm and 9pm, we will prepare your bed for a good night’s sleep and freshen up your suite for a pleasant awakening.
As part of our commitment to sustainable development, we offer to reduce the amount of bed linen to be washed in all our rooms. We change your sheets every 3 days. If you would like a more regular change, please let us know at reception.
We will replace your towels only if they are left on the floor of your bath/shower.
Only for hotels
